For some reason, I can't turn off the "TIME STAMP" on my SJ8 PRO. I downloaded v1.31 and thought it would fix the problem, but it didn't take. In other words, I'm stuck on 1.30. Any way to fix the "TIME STAMP" problem? And why won't the v1.31 install properly. How about some customer service people?
Timestamp option is greyed out on 4K60 if that's what you mean; try different video resolution. For f/w, it's worked every time for me connecting by USB to PC. Try that method.
Agreed. If it's grayed out, it can't be changed. Go to where it's not grayed out (1080), change it, and back to 4K60.
