Who found the problem like me?
power input : via usb port , Power bank
firmware : 1.18
Is your camera in Quick Capture mode? That is, power up and the camera starts recording until the camera recording is stopped. The camera powers down after that.
i start and stop recording via bluetooth remote.
everytime when i stop recording ,my camera countdown from 10 to 1 and power down.
!!! Sorry for my non-fluent English. !!!
It sounds, more and more, a s thoughthe camera is in Quick Capture mode. As far as I know, only Quick Capture does a countdown and turns the camera off. I don't understand how the wrist (Bluetooth?) controller would let you stop and start, though. Once the camera stops recording (that can be done with the wrist controller), it will power down. I guess you can start recording again, before the camera shuts down.
All of that being said, I'd still check that Quick Capture is turned off.
Don't worry about your English, it's much, much, much better than my Thai. [/wink & grin]
The camera has several modes for recording, each designated for certain purpose and each has different set of recording behaviour. Try other modes. RTFM!
If switching to some other mode wont help, then maybe your power bank is too smart and cuts the output power as soon as it senses significant drop of power consumption.
Thanks to everyone, my problem has been resolved. Cause I turned on Quick Capture mode. Until I close the Quick Capture mode, the problem is gone.
Thank you for your advice.
I'm happy to hear the camera is performing the way you want. The SJ7 camera has so many options that It can be difficult to remember them all.
If the camera battery is almost empty, the camera simply stops working. The countdown Danai mentioned only happens with Quick Capture.
