SJCAM sj7 Star not working without usb to pc

    SJCAM sj7 Star not working without usb to pc
    my new sjcam sj7 star not working when i turn it on without usb i cant touch any thing i will freeze & lagging
    but when i connect to pc & select EXT.POWER mode then it work all start capturing recording everything.
    & when i touch on CHARGING mode it shut downs no 2 red led

    Please help me to fix this

    yes @Martyn_C i fully charged but now when im trying to record or capture it will freeze then i have to remove battery i cant do any thing please help me..

    Possible that the terminals on the battery compartment that connects to the battery is broken. Could you check? Open the battery compartment door, remove the battery, and see if they are bent, or missing.
    Common when accidentally dislodged.

    Thank you for replying sir @Troy i checked out it but all terminals are fine both sides on battery also and in inside camera aslo.
    Please find a way to charge & its freezing and lagging as i shown in video

    If the battery is charged and the contacts are clean and in the right place (the SJ7 batteries are not the same as the SJ6 and earlier), have you checked that the camera is running V1.15 firmware? Go to the setup menu, and pick the device menu with the tools icon. Scroll to the bottom of that menu and you'll see the firmware version. Even if it's V1.15, it can't hurt to re-install it from the SJCam web site.

    If that doesn't work, try a second battery (not a fast solution, I agree). If it still doesn't work, my guess is it's time for a warranty return.

    Thank you for your advise,i tried with V1.15 FW & below also both has same issue & about changing battery ,its not available anywhere in my country so i can try ..

    how much time sjcam support team take to give support? on this issue please help me i need the camera for a show in India please

    i contacted to SJCAM India Care,
    but i purchased SJCAM from Banggoog.com & i want replcament form India Please approve my Request to Replace it From Indian Care i cant wait for Banggood.com.
