Hi all Just got my new camera a couple of days ago. I recorded footage and it comes out in a bunch of small video's. How to change this? Also when trying to playback in windows media player or even in my video studio software they won't fully play and I than get windows media player crashing or my studio software crashes. I unplug the camera and try again and it trys for a bit to work and than does the same thing. WHAT TO DO! PLEASE HELP. Kathryn
Hello! Simply disable the "DOUBLE FILE" function. So the camera only generates 1 video file. Also disable the "LOOP RECORDING" function in video mode
Thank you! That was already done and it still did it. So I changed out the SD card and so far so good!!! I will keep in touch to let you know how it goes.
