Hi, I have received the new model camera and it is impossible to recognise SD card. I tested with 3 SD cards and the camera says the same message in the screen "no card". I don't know what can I do! I am desperate because I couldn't use the camera! Maybe making a full reset? Or similar? Thanks
Hi. You can do a reset, go to the General menu then just above Version you will see Defaults. Hope this helps.
I Just got my SJ9 Strike yesterday, the cam doesn't even power on, its completely bricked. I Tried re-installing the software, but it made no difference, it only shows a red light when connected to the charger, even the customer support is not helpful in solving the problems, BETTER DON'T BUY SJ9 STRIKE , worst cam from sj cam .
SJ will have to make something with users with problems in the camera. Mine not recognise any sd card!!! How can I RMA process?. .bye
