I'm already confused. This is v1.20, two flicker frames. I've done a lot of things. I can say one thing that I got the same result, which is v1.15, which is v1.20. Here, now, at 1.20.

@Bulldozer - do you mean you get flickering lights when making a video?
What is your Light Frequency set to? Try setting it to 50Hz.
Try setting the TV mode to PAL and see what it looks like/

No, I'm not talking about flicker. I'm talking about artifacts in slow motion. Sorry for offtopic.

Sigh... "change the SD" is IMHO easy to say, but so far I haven't seen this advice have any value. With the exception of poor image storage.

I'm beginning to think think the support system is a bit (!) overwhelmed with the sort of problems many people report here. Not a good thing...

Sans, your video looks great to me! Is there something special that you are dissatisfied about? I can't find anything to complain.

    Hi,

the video quality of my new sj7 star with last fw is very bad. I try with 4k 30fps and 1080 120 and 60 fps. the movie is pixelated. Is there any problem with the 1.20? Can i Downgrade the fw?

Have you tried a different app on your computer?

I had issues trying to view recordings on my MacBook with VLC player, playback was stuttering all the time.

I switched to QuickTime and playback was perfect.

I tried different Players, no Stuttering just like a very strong image noise. demo videos on youtube looked mutch better?
I Downgrade the fw to 1.80 with same result.

The Sample Vids and Pix from buldozer are a good Sample to Show my Problem.

The problem gets worse in low Light conditions and high iso-value.

I try to Upload a Video later.

My First Cam was the sj4000 and the old Cam dont has Problems like that

You can install earlier firmware versions. I suggest using V1.15 to see if that helps with you problems.

@Jason Can you repost the link to V1.15 and a how-to for changing firmware? At the moment I just don't have time to chase those items down. TNX.
