    M20 Firmware Update - Newest Version

    SJCAM M20 Action Camera's new firmware version fixes 720p at 60fps/120fps recording while using app.

    Upgrade to the new firmware version today using the traditional microSD card upgrade method.

    Download Link: M20-V1.3.0



    Upgrading via connection to the SJCAM Zone app will be added back once other App issues have been resolved.

    @sjcam_admin Could you also post the previous firmwares, so people may revert to the firmware version they like?

    We'll see if a compilation of previous firmware would be a good idea, as it may actually cause more confusion.
    Anyone else has the same request? Comment below, like how many previous versions you think is reasonable.

    The last 3 previous firmware versions should be reasonable enough, I think, since a number of users in our Facebook group usually encounters problems when they have upgraded to the latest firmware, and can't revert to the previous since it is no longer available for download. Also, some would encounter problems when upgrading via the SJCAM Zone app, and would rather upgrade it manually.

    Latest firmware available: V1.3.1

    Change log:

    V1.3.1

    1.Improves App upgrade security and can be future firmware releases can be upgraded via SJCAM Zone (must update to this version though first).
    2. Fixes: 720p connecting to App issue.
    3. Adds: Low Light Mode: When turned off, frames lock. When turned on in the dark, the frames change at night to make the video lighter.
    4) Fixes: OSD conflict with icons.
    5) Fixes: fixes after turning off camera, long press power button causes flashing LED.
    6) Fixes: When in dashcam mode, when power is turned off, there is an extended 10 second period before power off. When in other modes, the camera will stay powered on when being unplugged from power bank.

    Yes, I will update the post.
    The problem with having mutiple firmware in the download page is that people get confused very easily.
    So perhaps it may be best to have them here on the forums instead.
