How to open front panel

    Former model, M20 SJ4000･･･, can open front panel and change lens. How to open SJ7's front panel?

    SJ7? Basically the same way, but you have to be a lot more careful as there are electronics that are mounted to the actual faceplate, unlike with other orevious models. Best you start from the bottom left hand corner near the SJ7 name.
    Please note that you may void warranty if you go beyond removing the faceplate, just be careful.

    Thanks Troy, I could open the faceplate.
    And found 3 cables connected to faceplate. One black & red pair is Mic.
    Also there is one black cable at the lens hole. What is this?

    Isn't it a lead to the front shielding (against ambient electromagnetic interference)?

    Obvious choice since aluminum would restrict the wifi signal-it's the antenna.
