That is the question. Can I use the SJ8 PRO in my car via cable WITHOUT the battery installed? I had an issue today where the battery expanded because of the heat in the car. The camera still works but the screen popped off, which I can either glue back in or use transparent tape to keep it in place. But, can I use the camera without the battery and just use the power cord? Thanks!
