    Hi guys,

Just wondered if anyone knew whether the above was coming. I film on 60FPS with Gyro on (actually... 50 cause I'm in the UK and it's PAL) but wondered if 120fps with Gyro would ever likely be available?

    Any thoughts would be great.

    Cheers,
    Mark

Who knows. None of us do, and SJCam isn't talking.

Taking a guess, the SJ7 has heat problems. Adding EIS to 120/100 fps may well rev the Ambarella chip to speeds that will generate a lot of heat. Also, at 120/100 fps, EIS has to work twice as fast as 60/50 fps. Possibly that's more than the Ambarella chip can do. Or not. Who knows.
