i have sj7 Star . when i update to 1.22v . camera has been updated but the problem is when i connect my phone to camera its get echo sound . so plz tell what to do

Might be possible that it may be coming from another source. Send a short video clip here, and we'll analize it.
Hi, I am using sj7star. My videos have a buzzing sound. It goes and come back in some videos. I am using latest firmware. Should i downgrade to previous firmware version or is it hardware issue? I have a request also. It is very importan for me. Please please add 0,5 sec to timelapse.

Hi,I have an SJ6 Legend and what i have encountered just now is that the GYRO is not working at all.I tried turning the gyro on and of,tried restoring the settings to default and turning On the Gyro again , I even tried down grading and updating the unit but still the Gyro won't still work.I have not dropped my camera and was working fine just yesterday. Hope you can help me. Cheers....
Maybe you use a resolution, at which the gyro is not supposed to work? Check if the selected resolution is gyro compatible (1080P @60fps or 1080P @30fps)!

Hi, Do you guys always keep the returned products and never return it back to customers? I received my SJCAM on December 29th 2017. As it was not working I send it back to you with your support team contact. My returned camera was delivered to you on 8th February 2018 and it is still in processing. And now nobody is replying on my camera status. Is this the kind of service you provide to your customers?

Troy, I'm still battling with formatting my new card but may have been solved by a previous contributor . There are 2 folders in the V1.20 do both folders go onto the card? Sorry couldn't find the answer elsewhere
Get inside the deepest folder, there are 2 files in there, just copy them and put them both in the card. The camera will choose which to use.
Further to our conversation this morning on firmware etc. had a good look at the manual you suggested and find it 100% better than the included one,
